If 10 days have gone by since delivery of the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Whereas, we will not accept any return, if you select an incorrect item during the purchase. In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products to your account within 7 days after receiving product at our registered office. Or, we will replace the same item in good condition as per your order, at free of coast. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. Only self-ship return /exchange allowed for all the items, the pickup facility will not be available.

the following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy
1.All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging and should not be broken or tampered with.
2.For exchange/return, you must return the product to us through any logistic agency or directly return to our registered office, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. we recommend you to use a reliable courier service to do this. Once the item is received to us, you will be reimbursed the actual shipping coast paid by you. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
